Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Competitor Watch. By using the tool you agree to them. Competitor Watch is operated by Websodigital, a trading name of Daniel Stoychev (sole trader), 110 Rhosddu Road, Wrexham, LL11 2NG, United Kingdom.

What Competitor Watch is

Competitor Watch reads publicly available pages of a website you name (its homepage, robots.txt and sitemap) and turns them into a plain-English profile: what the business says it offers, whether it publishes prices, how active its blog is, and similar public facts. It reads the same pages any visitor or search engine can see. It is a research aid, not professional advice.

Fair and lawful use

Accuracy

Snapshots are generated automatically from public pages on a best-effort basis. Websites change, block crawlers, or structure things unusually, so a snapshot can be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee accuracy, and you should not rely on a snapshot as the sole basis for any business decision.

Website owners

If you own a website and want it excluded from Competitor Watch, email [email protected] with the domain and we will block it. Our crawler behaves politely and identifies itself; see the bot page.

Paid plans

The snapshot tool is free. Paid weekly monitoring ("Watch" plans) is coming; when it launches these terms will be updated with the full subscription, trial, cancellation and refund terms before any payment is taken.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Websodigital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of Competitor Watch. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
